Who we are
Svoi Rent (svoirent.com, svoirent.rs) is an agent service that arranges car and motorcycle rentals in Serbia. We receive requests and pass them to rental companies. Data controller: sole proprietor ANDREI VOLODIN PR, Belgrade, Serbia.

What data we collect
Request: your name, a way to contact you (phone or messenger), dates, pick-up and return places, the car or motorcycle you chose, a comment and any extras you ticked. You provide it yourself when you send the form.
Analytics data (only if you agreed to cookies): the addresses of pages you viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country, city), the source of your visit and your actions on the site, such as clicking a contact button or sending a request.
Hosting data: your IP address and the time of a request are written to logs for security and for running the site.
Why we use data
To answer your request, agree the terms and pass it to the rental company; to understand how people use the site and improve it; to protect the site from abuse.
Who we share data with
The rental company you rent from: only the data needed to fulfil your request.
Services the site cannot run without: hosting (Vercel), the request database (Supabase, servers in the EU) and notifications to us about new requests (Telegram). After your consent also Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
We do not sell data and do not pass it on for third-party advertising mailings.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and (once launched) Yandex Metrica to collect anonymised statistics. They are loaded only after you press “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you decline, the analytics are not loaded and the site works the same.

How long we keep data
Requests are kept as long as needed to fulfil them and to keep a record of enquiries, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept according to the Google and Yandex settings. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object to it and withdraw consent. Write to info@svoirent.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
If you believe we have violated your rights, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs).

We may update this text. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
