Who signs the agreement

Svoi Rent is an agent. The rental agreement is made directly between you and the rental company, which also accepts the payment and deposit and is responsible for the vehicle. We find the vehicle, handle the request and support you in Russian and English.

Documents and requirements

• Passport (or Serbian residence permit) and a valid driving licence.
• Age from 21, at least 2 years of driving experience (stricter for expensive cars).
• An international driving permit is recommended, especially for cross-border trips.

Price and payment

• The price is shown for the whole rental and includes insurance and the stated mileage limit.
• The longer the rental and the earlier the booking, the lower the daily price.
• You pay the rental and deposit to the rental company on pick-up, in cash or by card.
• Extras (delivery, second driver, GPS, Wi-Fi) are shown before you send the request.

Deposit

Usually 300–700 € depending on the vehicle class. Returned when the vehicle comes back undamaged. The “full insurance” option reduces or removes the deposit.

Mileage and fuel

The limit is usually 250–300 km per day; some vehicles have no limit. Extra kilometres are charged per kilometre. Return the fuel at the level stated in the agreement.

Driving abroad

Possible with most vehicles: Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia, Bulgaria and other countries. Written permission from the rental company and a green card are required, so tell us your route in advance.

Fines and damage

The renter pays traffic fines and tolls. Damage is assessed under the rental company's agreement.

Cancellation and changes

Tell us as early as possible. Free cancellation terms depend on the partner and are stated in the confirmation.
