About Svoi Rent

What Svoi Rent is

Svoi Rent is an agent service. We have no fleet of our own: we are not a rental company. We take your request, check availability and terms with the rental company and come back to you with a confirmation.

The service is made for those who value communicating in Russian: visitors from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries, and people who live in Serbia.

How the model works

You sign the rental contract directly with the rental company and pay it: the rental fee and the deposit go to the company. Svoi Rent does not take money for the rental.

We receive a commission from the rental company for a completed rental. You do not pay us for finding and supporting your rental.

What we do for you

We communicate in Russian (and in English and Serbian) before you arrive: we help with documents, the deposit, insurance and cross-border travel.

We pass your request to the rental company and confirm the price, dates, pick-up and return places, child seats and other terms with it.

We stay in touch on WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and Max if you have questions during your trip.

What we do not do

We do not take payment for the rental or the deposit, we do not hand out cars and we are not responsible for the terms of the company's contract: they are set by the rental company. Read the contract before you sign it, and we will help if anything is unclear.

Where the service is now

The site is at the launch stage: the catalogue and prices are indicative and are confirmed when your request is agreed with the rental company. We are expanding the list of partners and updating the data.
