Does the driver speak Russian?
We choose a driver with the language you need: Russian, English or Serbian. Mention the language in your request.
How many hours a day does the driver work?
A standard day with a driver is up to 10 hours. Extra time is charged hourly and we warn you in advance.
What if my flight is delayed?
The driver tracks the flight and waits up to 60 minutes after landing for free. Enter the flight number in your request.
Can I cross the border with a driver?
Yes, to Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia, Bulgaria and other countries. Permission and a green card are required, and you need to allow time at the border.
How do I pay for the trip?
You pay the driver or the transport company after the trip. No online payment is needed. We confirm the payment method in reply to your request.
